Denette Family Chiropractic is hiring an office worker at their South Easton, MA office

Hours: 12+/week, M-Th 11am-2pm

Must be good with kids, newborns through teens

Pay: starts at $20/hour

Front desk/receptionist position general duties:

  • Answer/make telephone calls to schedule clients.
  • Input and edit client information on a computer program
  • Book appointments on the phone and in person.
  • Must know basic typing by using Microsoft word and excel.
  • Attention to detail, follow through, excellent communication, and being able to prioritize are important qualities for the ideal candidate
  • Inventory and order supplies
  • Support the doctors by putting together reports
  • Light office cleaning

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Expense reports and overdue client balances
  • Billing
  • Verifying insurance benefits
